About the Kingdom Forward Initiative
We're excited to introduce you to the Connecting Church's Kingdom Advance Initiative, an eight-week process for helping you develop lifelong habits of living like a missionary right where you are. Our goal is simple: to empower you to be the hands and feet of Christ in your daily life. This is not a program, an extra activity, but rather we want to lean into the places and activities you are already a part of to better be an influence for Christ.

Praying Daily Resources
I Commit to praying every day for the spiritually disconnected in My life and Community (Matthew 9:38).
There will be no Kingdom Advance without Prayer. God’s kingdom is moved and built when God’s people pray. Prayer will need to be an active part of our church’s corporate life as well as your individual life.

Blessing Weekly Resources
I commit to blessing someone each week through intentional encouragement, care, and service (Matthew 5:16).
As we look to make a tangible impact impact on those around us, we want to lean into blessing the community. We are asking people to commit to weekly looking for ways to serve others each week in the name of Jesus. Why not wake up Monday and ask God to show you who to bless and give you an opportunity to serve?

Sharing & Inviting Weekly Resources
I commit to inviting someone to church or having a gospel conversation every week (Colossians 4:2-4).
We don’t just want to pray and don’t want to just stop at blessing, but we want to learn to share Christ and invite people into spiritual community. Our next weekly commitment is to look for someone to invite to church or talk about with Jesus each week.

Learning Weekly
I commit to spending 30 minutes a week learning how to live as a missionary and advance God's Kingdom (Matthew 2:19-20)
We have many fears when it comes to living as a missionary and engaging others with the good news of Jesus. This eight-week, self-paced study is designed to give you the knowledge and training to help start you on your journey to live out God’s calling on your life.
